Neiman Marcus Outlet Stores: Fashion's All-Star Team of Designers and Beauty's Best Brands

I am a huge fan of Neiman Marcus and a loyal customer when it comes to buying make-up and the occasional DVF dress splurge. It is rare that I leave the store without a bag in hand. If you want to shop for the best brands in the world of fashion and want some discounts at the same time, look for Neiman Marcus Outlet Stores/Last Call shops. They offer items at a reduced price compared to their flagship stores. Their shelves hold merchandise from an all-star team of designers: Manolo Blahnik, Anne Klein, Dolce & Gabbana and more. The shoe department is small and upscale: think Fendi and Prada. Personal shoppers are available to track down the perfect Chanel nail polish to complement the Kate Spade bag that matches the DKNY skirt. Neiman Marcus Outlet stores are great and have a large variety of promenade fashions of today.

Neiman Marcus’ largest market is the South Florida MSA, where they operate five stores. The company also operates 28 Last Call clearance centers and three Horchow Finale Furniture Outlets.

Two famous gift brands operated by the group under its Christmas Catalog are “His and Hers” and “Fantasy”.

His and Hers” & “Fantasy” Gifts

In 1969, customers could buy a $10,600 kitchen computer to help with recipes
Since 1939, Neiman Marcus has issued an annual Christmas catalog, which gets much free publicity from the national media for a tradition of unusual and extravagant gifts not sold in its stores. Some have included the ‘his and hers’ themed item, trips and cars.

Vehicles

Neiman Marcus has often offered automobiles in its holiday catalogs. These are usually coordinated with manufacturers as a publicity tool, though the cars themselves are normally special versions unavailable from other sources and produced in limited numbers.

Tip: Earn points toward free gifts when you enroll in the customer recognition program. See store or the website for details.

Neiman Marcus Outlet: A Company Founded on Bad Business Judgement

Department stores are quite more convenient than individual boutiques and retail stores because of its wide selection of clothing brands, accessories, and whatnot. Some might argue that department stores don’t have an always up to date collection and designs. However, if you’d want a place to buy products that are more than just clothing, this would be an ideal place for you. One of the most frequently visited department stores are Neiman Marcus outlets.

A Little Bit of History

In 1907, Herbert Marcus, Sr., his sister Carrie Marcus Neiman and her husband, A.L. Neiman founded the Neiman-Marcus company after they opt out of investing in a ”sugary pop soda business” which is now we all know as the Coca-Cola Company. Founded on bad business judgement, as the company’s CEO Stanley Marcus said in 1975, the first store was enormously supplied with clothing of a quality that was not common in Texas. Just a few weeks after their opening, based on the store’s initial inventory, the clothes that Carrie had been buying in New York, were all sold out. Despite the financial panic that was felt nationwide just a few weeks after the store opened, Neiman Marcus turned out successful and the early years of operation were quite profitable.

Present Condition

Known as luxury specialty retail department store and operated by the Neiman Marcus Group in the U.S., formerly known Neiman-Marcus is now Neiman Marcus. Among its expansion were the Neiman Marcus outlet stores which can be found all across the U.S. today.

You can find more information about the company and the products they sell at the Neiman Marcus online outlet.
